Giveaway Promotions
Sometimes we are asked how it's possible to use our royalty
free music on CD, as an audio-only product for promotional/giveaway
purposes. For this reason we issue a separate Promotional/Giveaway
CD Licence, which may be obtained by contacting our office.

We have a few conditions of the
license, which are:

The Cost is $0.09 (US 9 cents) for every music track
used, per CD manufactured, in addition to the standard
license fee. For example a license for 100 giveaway
CDs would be $9 + $29.50 (standard main theme license
fee) = $38.50

|
Payment is made through our office in the UK - not through
the onsite shopping cart. Please contact
us directly with details of the tracks you wish
to use, when we will be able to issue your license and
then give you online access to the appropriate music
files.

|
Your audio CD must carry a copyright notice, which we
will provide. This is to show your clients that the
music on the CD is copyright-protected, and may not
be re-used without appropriate additional licensing
from us.

|
Composers and track titles must be credited on the CD
|
|
The CD we license as "Promotional/Giveaway"
must not at any time be sold
|

Suggested uses of Audio CD's using this license
include Promotionals CD to distribute to your clients, customers,
contacts, or include in Christmas Cards, Business Cards, Presentation
Packs etc.
